Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on all defective merchandise and unopened DVDs - excluding poles and pole accessories - within 30 days of their delivery date for a full refund tax included.
Size exchanges are gladly accepted for unworn clothing only.
Dance poles may be returned within 7 days of their delivery date for a refund of the purchase price less a 10% stocking fee. If you receive a defective pole and/or pole accessory, we will replace the defective parts only, within 30 days of their delivery date. Please note: Poles and/or pole accessories must be returned to S Factor's Home Office, not to Platinum Stages.
All other merchandise, shipping costs and handling costs are nonrefundable.
Please email to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returned merchandise cannot be processed without a Return Authorization Number.

Shipping Policy
Global Orders
Global orders are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient; contact your local customs office for information specific to your country. S Factor is not responsible for global shipping delays or additional charges due to customs. Note: Videos are only available in NTSC format.
Shipping To APO's
USPS shipment to APO's is available however there will be no tracking number. S Factor is not responsible for APO shipments once they have been released to the USPS. Pole & Pole Accessories Shipping
Poles and their accessories are shipped via FedEx for a flat fee supplied during checkout. A signature is required for delivery. If you choose standard shipping, please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available if you order by 10amPST. If you order a pole and/or its accessories, AND other S Store products, items will be split into two shipments. The pole and/or accessories will be shipped via FedEx, the other products will ship via UPS.
