Week at the LA Studio
Level 1: Time to add some fire to your life! This week is all about accents within the movement. You'll now have an outlet for all that energy and emotion you feel building up in your body as you move so divinely slow. You're going to review the "Ballerina" and learn a way for your body to say, 'I'm powerful and in charge!", with the "Wild Cat Crawl". Fire it up!

Level 2: Let's get cheeky! Yes, it's time for the super sizzling "Bottoms Off Strip"! Bring an extra layer of shorts, pants or a skirt to master this curve lovin' lesson. Remember, you don't have to reveal anything you don't want to. You'll also use your emerging ab and upper body strength to learn a euphoric new pole trick called the "Corkscrew". Allow yourself to continue to melt into your movement by bringing music that matches your mood and clothes that make you feel really, really good!
Level 3: Let your tootsies do the talkin' as your Erotic Creature does the walkin'! Bring in a pair of shoes from your closet for the "Street Shoe/Boot Strip". Any shoes will do, so wear your sporty sneakers, your dirt kickin' cowboy boots or your naughty pumps and notice how your EC responds to a new pair of shoes. Bring music and play clothes to match for a richer experience. You'll also balance your arm strength by practicing the opposite "Snake". How cool are you?!
Level 4: You'll feel powerfully sexy during this week's provocative assignment, "Bombshell"! Open up your closet and pull out the piece of clothing that makes you feel the most sensual, sensational, scrumptious, scintillating and spectacular. Discover or re-discover the hot and luscious bombshell in you. She's inside every woman; just breathe into the beauty of your flowing curves!
Level 5/7: Feel your curves harness the passionate moods of Mother Nature with this week's assignment, "Four Elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water"! Inspire your body with one (or more!) of these four magnanimous forces using clothing, music and movement. Swim and trickle to Peter Gabriel's Red Rain in shimmering blue lace. Be earthy and solid to The Roots' Get Busy in chocolate suede. Soar and float to Sia's Breathe in airy mesh fabric. Flicker and smolder to M.I.A.'s Fire, Fire in red satin. Use your Erotic Creature's imagination!!!!! On the pole, you'll play with the "Corkscrew into Leg Splay" or the "Flying Body Spiral into Ballerina".
I’ve been listening to some soulful Navajo flute music lately and it is saturating my brain into mind-numbing enervation. Help! Don’t get me wrong I loooooove this music it’s just that the same CD has been playing over and over for the past 24 days on my CD player at home. I gotta get some new sounds in my head quick. Give me some serious hardcore Fat Joe, wo-man. I need to feel the hard beat of life in the form of words and throb, in music against my skin. Oh, I know, I’ll just run over to the studio and take class!
What never ceases to amaze me is that every week I come to class and move my "S", I learn more about my Erotic Creature. Or maybe it’s more apt to say I learn more about my authentic self as a woman. It’s as though as I evolve in the outside world I also evolve in class getting to know this sensual, alive, curvy side of myself even more. Or wait, maybe it is the other way around, as I evolve further into my feminine body I grow more as a woman in the outside world. Yes, now that sounds more like it. I seem to have more patience, more compassion and empathy, more understanding of the intricacies of the dynamic between the him's and the her's in the world. I breathe deeper and smile more often. I feel an uncanny sense of my feminine power no matter where I go and that could only have come from...my woman being found. Sigh...smile...ahhhh...

Empowering 1-Hour Classes
Our 1-Hour Classes are body-strengthening supplements to a full session or an ingenious way to try S Factor for the first time. S Express classes are 1-hour versions of our traditional S Factor classes, with warm-up, pole lesson and dancing all-in-one. Pole Classes are quick warm-ups followed by technical step-by-step pole lessons. 1-Hour Classes can be booked in 4-week packages or individual classes. There's no such thing as too much "S"!

Hi S Factor,
My name is Eva. I am 48 and my daughters are Chrissy, 28 and Jade, 21. We took the Level 1 class together at your beautiful Houston Studio. It was such a beautiful experience for me as a mother to be able to take this class with my daughters and to not feel any shame in our beautiful sexy bodies. That of course was not always the case. I grew up feeling ashamed of my sexuality, that it was wrong to feel sexy, as a matter of fact it was taboo to feel that way. I did not want to pass this down to my girls. I want my girls to appreciate their bodies no matter the size or shape, to teach them that they are unique and one of a kind works of art. My only regret is that I did not know this sooner. And I really believe that if we as mothers taught our daughters to embrace their bodies, they would not need the approval of men, their bodies are their own, and our young girls need that in this day and age. S Factor taught me to embrace my body no matter what size or shape, to love the beauty of the female form. S Factor is very graceful in the way they teach us to embrace our bodies. That is what S Factor did for me and my girls. So thank you Ms. Sheila Kelley for your gift to us, the gift of S Factor.
