The S Factor

Sheila Kelley

Having role models is important, especially female ones. I know there are many women who helped to shape my life, beliefs, value system and who I am today. I know that many, if not all of you, S Factor ladies have had women who were very important to you as well. Whether it was your mother, sister, daughter, best friend, boss, favorite celeb, religious figure or whoever, I am curious who it was who had a hand in making you the amazing women you all are. So let’s share who inspires and moves and stirs us and impacts our lives the most.

Please take a moment and fill it out.

With much love and respect,
Sheila Kelley

Growing up, my idol was:
My mother
My Sister
My best friend
My Boss
The First Lady
A religious figure
A female suffragist or activist
NOONE – I inspired myself

Today, my life mirrors that of my idol’s…
Totally
A lot - our life paths turned out very similar
About half of my life is similar
Small parts of me reflect my idol's influence
Not at all

I think having a female role model is:

Integral to success
Very valuable for young girls
Important, but not the end-all be-all
It could help
Not helpful at all
