Beginning Level Pole Dance Workout

The S Factor Original Pole Dance Workout™. Your S Factor Journey continues in Level 2 where you deepen the language of your female body. You will focus on exploring your feminine genius through music and clothing choices.

 

Lessons include the Level 2 S Factor Workout, tease lessons including the Bottom Peel and the second half of the S Routine including Lap Dance.  Pole dancing tricks include the inverted "Snake,” the "Pole Climb" and more.
