Intermediate Level Pole Dance Workout
The S Factor Original Pole Dance Workout™. Your S Factor Journey continues in Level 4 where you learn the concept of "brain-body immersion” while embarking on a sea of self-discovery, freedom, fun and play. Explore the "in-your-body" experience and allow your feminine genius to express herself in a luxurious river of movement.
Lessons include the Level 4 S Factor Workout and tease lessons including "Bombshell" and "Sensual." Pole dancing tricks include the "Flying Body Spiral," the inverted "Pole Cat" and more. There are three sessions of Level 4 offered, and students are encouraged to take all before moving on to Level 5.
Duration: 2 hours
