Pole II – Fly Me to the Moon

Pole dance workout.  Learn the fundamentals and variations of the "Ronde Jambe,” “Flying Body Spiral” and more pole dancing exercises.  Begin with a specialized S Factor Workout focused on the shoulders and upper body.  Then play with flying tricks, whipping and zooming with poise and passion.  Medium intensity.  Pole I or Original Series Level 1 prerequisite. Available a la carte or complimentary with Sheila Kelley S Factor Open Access Membership. We recommend that you attend and master all of the content in the preceding level of this class series before registering for this level.
