Pole dance workout. Learn the fundamentals and variations of the "Snake," "Helicopter" and more pole dancing exercises. Begin with a specialized S Factor Workout focused on the shoulders and upper body. Then play with inverted tricks for a giggly head rush. Medium to high intensity.
