Pole dance workout. Review weekly pole trick lessons from Original Series Level 4 and up classes. Begin with a specialized S Factor Workout focused on the shoulders and upper body. Medium to high intensity. Original Series Level 4 prerequisite. Available a la carte or complimentary with Sheila Kelley S Factor Open Access Membership available in select cities. We recommend that you attend and master all of the content in the preceding level of this class series before registering for this level.
