Super Pole III

Pole dance workout for Level 5 & 6 Members. Part III of S Factor's superior pole technique enhancement series. A unique brand of athletic pole fitness that is exclusive to S Factor. Lessons emphasize our newest and most advanced polework technique and pole trick combinations with dance flow. Begin with a specialized S Factor Workout focused on the shoulders and upper body. High intensity. Available a la carte in some locations, or complimentary with Sheila Kelley S Factor Open Access Membership. Basic inversion and pole climb ability prerequisite. We recommend that you attend and master all of the content in the preceding level of this class series before registering for this level.
