Michele Periquet
S woman Michele Periquet looks younger today than she did ten years ago. In her search to find a remedy for her best friend's failing health, together they discovered a genius way to reverse aging. Michele is a health coach and part owner of Reset Yourself, a breakthrough anti-aging system.
A few years ago, Michele Periquet watched helplessly as her best friend Firouze Zeroual (also an S Factor student) become ill and weak. Firouze gained 45 lbs, started losing her hair, and experienced disabling fatigue, even though neither her diet nor lifestyle had changed. Michele helped Firouze research possible causes and after countless tests they stumbled upon Hair Mineral Analysis. The daughter of a doctor, Michele was reluctant to go too far off the path of traditional medicine. Then everything changed...
After Firouze began a specific nutritional regimen based on the results of her Hair Mineral Analysis, pounds started to drop off, she slowly regained her strength and energy, and as a bonus, her hair and skin improved. Michele witnessed the entire transformation and even though she had always been in good health, she began the program too, and received a different regimen. She experienced the same improvement in energy, plus a drop in body fat. The science of Hair Mineral Analysis was irrefutable, and Michele wanted to learn why two women from opposite ends of the spectrum had experienced the same transformation from different regimens. It became her mission to use this knowledge to help other women.
Michele pursued formal training in Nutritional Balancing Counseling and Hair Mineral Analysis at the Center for Development in Arizona. She also received her Pilates Certification from the Method Pilates Program at the Physical Mind Institute in New York. Along with Firouze and Dr. Christine Collins, a board-certified OB/GYN, Michele founded Reset Yourself.
