S Factor Teacher Training

- All are invited to attend a Free S Factor Teacher Training Information Meeting on Thursday, June 20th, 3pm - 4 pm at S Factor LA in Studio C w/ Ali Kozoll. RSVP to teachertraining@sfactor.com.
- 8-Week Intensive Training, Mondays - Thursdays, 9am - 5pm (off Labor Day 9/2) with S Factor's Director of Teacher Training & Curriculum, Ali Kozoll.
- After the intensive training is complete, ongoing basic and advanced training will be held approximately once per week on a weekend evening through January 2014, with a break for the winter holidays.
- Coursework includes S Factor History, Philosophy & Theory, S Factor Level Curriculum & Movement Breakdown, Music Playlist Construction, Class Observation, Practical Teaching Experience, and more.
| Cost: | $4200 includes Intensive, Basic & Advanced Training. $840 nonrefundable deposit is due upon acceptance into the program. Remaining balance is payable in two installments due by September 1st. Additional cost for reading materials. |

Fluid Feminine Movement™

- A circularized series of curvy body-challenging movements done exclusively on a yoga mat or standing.
- Inspired by Dr. Louann Brizendine, neuropsychiatrist and author of, The Female Brain, "There exist in human beings neurologies that are more feminine than others, and more masculine than others." Female bodies move differently, than male bodies. S Factor Fluid Feminine Movement™ caters to the female bone and muscle structure. It acknowledges, nurtures, and cultivates the feminine.
