Hello Gorgeous San Francisco S Women! We're excited to announce that longtime S Factor San Francisco/Los Angeles teacher Kerry Anne Aldridge has founded Sisters In Motion, LLC, a company that is authorized to allow its certified S Factor Instructors to teach Sheila Kelley S Factor classes.
Enjoy signature S Factor movement taught by Kerry Anne and other trained and licensed S teachers in the San Francisco area available exclusively through our friends at Sisters In Motion, LLC. Students are required to sign a Student Agreement with Sisters In Motion, LLC prior to attending class. An Agreement will be emailed to you when you sign up for your first class, it only needs to be signed once, and it is valid exclusively for S Factor classes provided by Sisters In Motion, LLC at 840 Holloway Avenue in San Francisco.

POLICIES
Sheila Kelley S Factor classes provided by Sisters In Motion, LLC are available a la carte courtesy of S Factor's online Student Center. It is necessary to pay for your classes in advance before arriving at the 840 Holloway Avenue location. Sisters In Motion, LLC apologizes in advance that this location is not set up to accept payment, and they cannot admit you without advance registration. However, membership is not required. Enjoy the freedom and convenience of registering online for individual classes without any long-term commitment.
Individual Classes
• Classes must be paid in full in advance.
• Payment must be made by credit card courtesy of S Factor's online Student Center.
• All payments for individual classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6 Class Pass
• There is no expiration; your pass will be honored at any Sisters In Motion studio at any time.
• Only refundable if canceled within 7 days of purchase.
• You may cancel a 6 Class Pass after it's been used, but you will lose the promotional value of the classes taken and will be reimbursed the remaining amount.
Signing Out Of Classes
• If you wish to sign out of a class you have registered for, please email Kerry Anne directly at
kerryanne@sfactor.com or call 415.440.6420.
• Sign out more than 24 hours in advance to receive a credit toward a comparably priced class.
• Unfortunately, sign outs beyond this grace period are not eligible for a credit. As long as your first attempt to sign out falls within the grace period, you will receive a class credit.
Private Lessons
• Full payment is required to book a Private Lesson.
• Payment must be made by credit card courtesy of S Factor's online Student Center.
• 24 hours advance written notice is required to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability at Sisters In Motion, LLC's discretion.
• Private Lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable unless canceled more than 14 days prior to your lesson date.
Private Parties
• A 50% deposit is required to book a Private Party. The remainder is required no later than 5 days prior to your party date.
• 7 days advance written notice is required to cancel and receive a refund.
• 48 hours advance written notice is required to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability at Sisters In Motion, LLC's discretion.
Cancellations
• In the event that Classes, Private Lessons, and Private Parties may need to be canceled at Sisters In Motion, LLC’s discretion, they will be responsible for crediting your payment toward to a new comparably priced class, or in the case of a Private Lesson or Party, toward to a new date subject to availability.
• Students will be notified by Sisters In Motion, LLC via text and/or email of class cancellations up to 24 hours in advance.
• Note that Sheila Kelley S Factor is not responsible for providing classes, Private Lessons and Privates Parties in San Francisco, but rather Sisters In Motion, LLC is, and they will be responsible for honoring all agreements.
Class Curriculum
• All class curriculum taught by Sisters In Motion, LLC is identical to that taught by Sheila Kelley S Factor.
• Teachers employed by Sisters In Motion, LLC may choose to participate in the upper level journey assignments being rolled out at other S Factor studios, but are not under any obligation to teach on the 8-week curriculum the other studios adhere to.
• Lower level students advance to upper levels upon teacher consultation and approval.
Late Policy
• There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals.
• Unfortunately, you may not be admitted after this grace period.
• If you know you are going to be late to class, please text the studio at 415.440.6420, enter quietly upon arrival, and be mindful of your fellow students who have already begun warming up.
Other Policies
Please note that Sisters In Motion, LLC is an independent distributor and cannot accommodate Sheila Kelley S Factor Membership and Original Series Package agreements from other locations at this time. Other policies apply and are outlined in your Sisters In Motion, LLC Student Agreement.
