Hi Carla! How did you discover S Factor?

When Sheila Kelley was featured on Oprah, I was instantly interested and decided to have a Private Party with my girlfriends for my birthday. We left the studio with this awesome high. I've been addicted to S Factor ever since!

What made you decide to be an S Factor Instructor?

After my first class, I was amazed by what two uninterrupted hours of "ME-TIME" brought out in me. I could not believe a workout allowed me to feel sexy, empowered and strong all at the same time. I wanted to give women what S Factor has given to me. It has been the best decision I have ever made.

What are your musical tastes?

I LOVE all genres of music. My musical tastes are all over the place. I listen to anything from Nina Simone, Marilyn Manson and Portishead to Alicia Keys, Prince and Kanye West. My favorite song to dance to is Bloodstream by Stateless. I find new movement in that song each time I dance to it…it’s so delicious!

What's your Erotic Creature like?

My Erotic Creature is playful, selfish, bratty and super sensual. She loves to stretch her curves and get tangled in her clothes. Dancing under the warm red light is my EC’s favorite space in the studio.

What do you do when you're not S'ing?

Working, enjoying a great yoga class or spending quality time with my boyfriend, friends and my two adorable Yorkies.

What do you like most about teaching?

I’m passionate about empowering other women. It's so refreshing to be in a place where women genuinely get along and celebrate one another. This is truly a place for ALL WOMEN.

What would you like to say to your students who might be reading this right now?

All of you phenomenal women continue to remind me of why I love being an instructor. Whether I had you once in an Intro class or have been your instructor for many sessions, thank you for trusting me with your S Factor Journeys. I love you all!!!

What would you like to say to your future students?

You are in for an incredible ride! Trust your bodies and enjoy indulging in this sensual, feminine movement. It is amazing to FEEL what your body can do. Your body is meant to move this way, ENJOY!!!
