A Note From Sheila
The fire of the feminine must be tended to be kept alive.

Dear Incredible Teachers,

It has been a deep honor to witness your evolution this year, especially on retreat together, and I feel deeply called to nurture the next chapter of your stories.

So I'm creating something new: a 90-day program just for you and a small circle of our most devoted teachers. The Golden Teacher Program is a place to go deeper into your own body, your own voice, and your own teaching.

This is a pilot. You would be the first cohort, and everything we discover together will shape what this program becomes for every teacher who comes after you.

I'm looking for teachers who are ready to be seen at the next level in this new take on S Factor mastery — through your authenticity, your magic, your own dance, your full life. If that's you, I'd love for you to say yes.

Four Pillars

What we'll work on together

Personal Growth

Your own needs, boundaries and daily practice — worked through in real time, in your own life.

👁

Teacher Growth

Seeing, sensing, body reading, cueing, music, voice — the craft, sharpened at the level only Sheila can take you.

🔥

Community

A small circle of teachers on the same path — tending the same fire, holding each other to growth.

EC Growth

The creature you access least — found, danced, and brought into how you teach and how you live.

The Arc

Ninety days, six sessions, one live intensive

Each session is 90 minutes to 2 hours, live online, Wednesdays from 4–6pm Pacific Time. Sheila watches every dance and shares in every session, and responds directly, every time. On day one, the cohort convenes and you'll name where your body is now, and choose the specific need(s) you'll work for the rest of the program.

The curriculum is subject to change, but here's how we'll flow together:

Who this is for

  • You've completed your S Factor Teacher Trainings and are actively teaching.
  • You're ready to be coached directly by Sheila — not just to review what you already know, but to expand as a flame keeper for the feminine.
  • You can commit to all six live sessions plus the in-person studio day, most likely in San Francisco.
  • You're willing to be honest about what's not working in your own practice, and where you need support.
  • You want a hand in shaping what this program becomes for every teacher after you.

The details

$2,500 Pilot Investment

This is a pilot price, well below where this program will land once it becomes an annual offering — in exchange for your feedback and full participation.

Once the cohort is full, the next opportunity will be the following year's program.

Due to the nature of this program, there are no refunds or transfers and all participants agree to the S Factor .

"There is no higher honor in a program like this than being the ones who had the courage to show up when it was still being built."

If you're feeling the pull — say yes. Spots are limited to this small first cohort, and I'd love for one of them to be yours.

Student Code of Conduct

S Factor creates an empowering, creative and safe space to do what we cannot do freely in our culture: to explore our sensuality, erotic identity and emotional body so that we may reclaim our lives from a society that projects shame and shut-down onto the feminine.

We understand that in this environment past traumatic experiences can arise. We ask you — the beautiful members of our community — to be truthful and honest with yourself as you do this work.

If you have a known history of trauma or sexual abuse, consider working with a trauma-informed therapist and go gently and slowly into embodiment work. If you find exercises triggering, don't be afraid to take a step back, skip an exercise, or revisit it later.

Participants in all S Factor programs are required to adhere to a code of conduct that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Not disrupting the learning environment for others
  • Being respectful of teachers and instructors
  • Maintaining positive, respectful and constructive shares and presence on all Community Boards and in all live spaces, live chats, and Zoom calls

In joining this program, you agree to uphold these values and do your best to cultivate a safe space in which all can play and explore freely. You agree to acknowledge, address, and be accountable for your own trauma history and to seek help if necessary. You understand that S Factor and Sheila Kelley are not licensed psychotherapists and do not provide mental health or medical care to our students. S Factor is a movement and embodiment journey supported by a philosophy of self care that has been proven over 20 years to cultivate a fully embodied, confident life.

By clicking through and attending this program or training, you agree to uphold this vision for our community and for yourself as you move through your S Factor Journey.

S Factor reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose conduct, in S Factor's reasonable judgment, materially disrupts the learning environment or violates these agreements and code of conduct. In the event of dismissal, we will refund tuition paid less administrative fees.
