The S Factor Original Pole Dance Workout™. Your S Factor Journey continues in Level 5 where you play, explore, discover and learn the concept of "fire.” Fun assignments channel your emotions, allowing them to fuel your movement with feminine genius.
Lessons include the Level 5 S Factor Workout and secret advanced tease lessons, which are revealed every other week. Pole dancing tricks include the inverted "Helicopter," the inverted "Layout" and more. There are four sessions of Level 5 offered, and students are encouraged to take all before moving on to Level 6.
