Pole dance workout.  Learn the fundamentals and variations of the “Firefly,” “Ballerina” and more pole dancing exercises.  Begin with a specialized S Factor Workout focused on the shoulders and upper body.  Then play with spinning tricks, whirling and twirling with grace and glee.  Low intensity.
