Pole II – Fly Me to the Moon

Pole dance workout.  Learn the fundamentals and variations of the "Ronde Jambe,” “Flying Body Spiral” and more pole dancing exercises.  Begin with a specialized S Factor Workout focused on the shoulders and upper body.  Then play with flying tricks, whipping and zooming with poise and passion.  Medium intensity.  Pole I or Original Series Level 1 prerequisite. Available a la carte or complimentary with Sheila Kelley S Factor Open Access Membership available in select cities. We recommend that you attend and master all of the content in the preceding level of this class series before registering for this level.
