Pole dance workout. Learn the fundamentals and variations of the "Snake," "Helicopter" and more pole dancing exercises. Begin with a specialized S Factor Workout focused on the shoulders and upper body. Then play with inverted tricks for a giggly head rush. Medium to high intensity. Original Series Level 4 prerequisite. Available a la carte or complimentary with Sheila Kelley S Factor Open Access Membership available in select cities.
