Learn the foundations of a truly empowered, body-led feminine life, where the erotic is a source of wisdom — not shame. This material is the gold of Sheila Kelley’s global movement that has inspired thousands of women and relationships worldwide, and forms the bedrock of everything you’ll go on to teach.

The Complete Foundational Curriculum
A thorough, experiential education in the S Factor Foundational 8-Class Series — movement breakdowns, sequencing, signature warmups, and the Original Journey® curriculum. You’ll understand not just what to teach, but why it works and what it unlocks in the women you guide. A comprehensive Training Manual supports your practice long after the training ends.

Your Individual Dance
The sacred heart of S Factor — where you choose your music, your clothing, and be fully witnessed. You’ll experience the individual dance as a student during our third training weekend, so you know in your body exactly what you’re offering and what it takes to hold this space. Women describe it as the first time they have ever been truly seen, fully felt, and totally expressed.

The Art of Body Reading
Along with the individual dance comes teacher feedback—seeing what a woman’s body is communicating before she has words for it, and reflecting it back in a transformational way. You’ll experience the extraordinary power of body reading from highly skilled teachers, and you will learn what it takes to provide this guidance to others in our Intermediate and Advanced trainings. This intuitive, somatic skill is the most powerful tool in your teaching practice, and it begins here.

Your Certification to Teach, Anywhere in the World
Once you meet the training requirements, you’ll earn your Certificate to Teach, and can become Licensed. You can teach in person, online, in your own studio, inside your existing practice — anywhere, on your own schedule. You’ll be listed on the S Factor website if desired, have access to ongoing teaching resources, and be eligible for teaching at retreats, special events, and to enroll in advanced training. Annual licensing fee after graduation: $250.

THE COMMITMENT
Live attendance is required — this is a devotional path, not a course you can catch up on later. You may miss a maximum of two days to pass. Recordings will not be provided.
Time outside of the weekends: pre-training video lectures, weekly homework, a daily movement practice, and preparation for your final teaching assessment.
DO I NEED A POLE?
No. A pole is optional. All movement breakdowns can be learned without one. Optional pole time is offered at the end of each movement class for those who want it.
