Foundational Training Starts June 7, 2024
This summer, we invite you to learn how to teach S Factor and become an embodied, intuitive leader in feminine movement and self-transformation, while joining the global community of S Factor Licensed Teachers!
Taking place just once a year live online, this unique certification and licensing program teaches you how to hold a grounded presence, how to guide others through profound personal growth, and – most importantly – it provides a deep exploration of the foundations of the S Factor curriculum, movement practice, and philosophy. There isn’t anything else like it, and you can join us from anywhere in the world!

Program Details
WHERE:
Online, live. All training sessions in Foundational Training are currently taught through live virtual sessions online. Live attendance is required. Recordings will not be provided for student use.

S Factor teachers form a close-knit, heart-centered community. We believe in integrity, vulnerability and leading with love. You may take teacher training to become an S Factor Licensed Teacher in your community and online, while also deepening your own practice. This program is designed to train you how to teach effectively and compassionately. Are you in?

DETAILS:
- Learn Core S Factor Philosophy from Sheila Kelley and Veteran S Factor Teacher Trainers
- Get a Practical and Experiential Education in the Foundational S Factor Movement Curriculum with Veteran S Factor Teacher Trainers
- Journey through a live training version of S Factor’s Level 1 Class Series to become a proficient student and knowledgable teacher.
- Bonus: **Optional** hour of pole training at the end of each movement class for those who are interested.
- Access the S Factor comprehensive Training Manual that covers class formats, movement breakdowns, and sequences.
REQUIREMENTS & CERTIFICATION DETAILS:
- There are no prerequisites to join S Factor Foundational Teacher Training, though experience with the movement and philosophy is always a plus!
- Live virtual attendance is required. You may miss a maximum of two (2) days attendance in order to pass the program. Recordings for missed time will not be provided.
- Teaching Certification will be granted through successful completion of both a physical test and a video demonstration of the material.
- A pole is optional for this training (not required). We do teach a handful of basic tricks but the breakdowns to teach them can be learned without a pole.
- Materials required to attend are a laptop, plus a phone or second device to play music. We strongly encourage everyone to have a Spotify account.
- We’ll offer some Business Best Practices and suggestions for starting and managing your own S Factor business
IMPORTANT FAQs:
- Only students who graduate from the Foundational program will be eligible to join future Trainings, including our Intermediate and Advanced Teacher Trainings (each offered once per year), plus opportunities to teach special events and programs.
- You must become certified and licensed through this program in order to teach S Factor.
- Licensed Teachers may teach anywhere in the world, plus online, under the S Factor brand and have access to special programs and teaching events as they become available.

Become a Licensed Teacher to transform your clients, community, and offerings.
S Teachers inspire their communities by embodying wholesome, unapologetic sensuality and open a pathway for other women to journey toward that same blissfully feminine life. We enthusiastically welcome trainees from diverse disciplines and backgrounds, including therapists, body workers, somatic practitioners, and coaches.
- After passing the Foundation Training program, the cost to teach S Factor as a Licensed Teacher is $250 annually (licensing fee).
- Access to the Licensed Teacher Portal with supplemental teaching materials and training videos.
- The option to be listed on the S Factor website, where you may feature your practice and link to your own website.
- The ability to teach online, in person, or in any format you desire.
- The opportunity to enroll in other Training programs and the opportunity to apply to teach at live events with Sheila Kelley and other licensed teachers.
